The BFL Series of Butterfly Valves is a fusion bonded epoxy coated Ductile Iron bodied valve with a 316SS Disc and EPDM seat (FKM and NBR available as option - Contact Sales). The lugged design is available to suit multiple flanges (AS2129 Table E, AS4087 PN16 / Table D, ANSI 150) and is coupled with an Anodized Aluminium Double Acting Rack and Pinion Pnuematic Actuator (304SS option available - contact Sales). The seats are a unique bonded cartridge design that allows vacuum to be run through the valve, allows renewal of the seat and gives a longer lifespan to the seat. This valve is suitable for a wide range of general and watermark water applications such as water trucks, cement hoppers, irrigation and other industrial applications.

  • Rack and Pinion Actuator with Namur Mouting interfaces (For Solenoid & Limit Switch) and visual indicator

  • Designed and Manufactured in accordance with API609, Inspected and Tested in accordance with API598

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All valve series and other products manufactured or distributed by Hawleys are warranted by Hawleys to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase or as the manufacturer warrants. Hawleys obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defec1ive product or refund of the purchase price paid solely at the discretion of Hawleys and provided such defective product is returned to Hawleys freight prepaid and upon examination by Hawleys such product is found defective. This warranty shall be void in the event that the product has been subject to misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, modification or tampering. This warranty is expressed in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied from Hawleys representatives or employees. Hawleys reserves the right to change Valve and Brochure specifications without notice.
