Hawleysflex non asbestos full face gaskets are made from a mix of Kevlar, Graphite, NBR and synthetic fibers formed under high temperature and pressure. It has great strength, pressure and temperature ratings. It wont chip and flake like normal graphite sheeting. This is the perfect all round gasket material as it can handle such a wide range of temperatures, pressure and media. If there is one gasket material to use if you are not sure this would be the one as it has such a wide range of uses. These are cut to order on our CNC machine to achieve a rapid turnaround (should be despatched the same day as you order).
